I have a friend, who is 18, who got in trouble for theft over 50 dollars: a class b. She went to jail and had to post bail of 165. She has yet to receive arraingmnet or a court date. What is the common punishment for such a case? I realize that it is subjective to the judge and the case, but on average?

My brother is in a similar situation as Tasha's friend. His offense was committed in August but has yet to receive a court date. He posted bond via a bail bondsman paying $875 of a $2000 bond. When should we expect a court date? Who do we contact for more info?

After being verbally attacked and threatened by our neighbor for 1 1/2 years, my husband and I are taking him to court. He set an air horn off in my ear twice within seconds of each other resulting in me having to go to the doctor the next day. The police officer on the scene did not arrest him. A different officer said he would have arrested him had he been the responding officer. Is this a class B misdemeanor?

My son was arrested for just sitting on top of a business clearing his head it even states that in the police report. Why would they charge him with a class B misemeanor? I was told by the jail it would be a class C. Do you think he will get jail time?
