My Fiancee was charged with robbing a gas station in Texas(1st degree felony), the person who was with him said it was a bb gun, we have only been in texas for 1 yr. He has felony record in pa. At this time they are offering him 15 yrs. Can you tell me if a law was passed(09/01/2007) in Texas that he would only have to do 25% of this time?

Thank you.

If you plead addiction you can treatment help through s SAFPF unit. Depending on what county you're charged in, you can get treatment therein.
I got 6 years deferred for a POCS case. There are so many variables in the system it all depends on your lawyer. You can't put a price on quality.
